Fast-tracking your success - 90 day Induction Process

"We take the time to listen to what your growth and profit targets are and customize the Mindshop support model to help you achieve them successfully"

Each new business leader or advisor who becomes 'powered by Mindshop' is taken through a 90 day induction program to fast-track their ability to implement Mindshop into their business. Below is an outlined of the steps that are taken.

Desired outcomes of 90 day Induction program:
  • Clarity to key growth and profit issues / opportunities that exist in your business
  • Confidence in beginning to use Mindshop tools either in your own business or with Customers / Clients
  • Understanding of Top 10 Mindshop business tools
  • Achieve quick success'
  • Networking with other members of your network

Objectives - Stages of Induction
Stage 1. First 30 days

  • New members mailed a special joining pack containing over 50 training videos
  • Instant access provided to Online Members Resource Center
  • Induction call or WebEx (general introduction to available resources)
  • Call from your Chairperson to assist you in:
    • Developing your 3 Key Growth and Profit Objectives
    • Developing your One Page Plan
  • Diarizing all upcoming WebEx and Training Days you need to attend
  • Understanding the available resources and what to focus on first
  • Explain how the support system for new members works
  • Start Business Improvement Process (BIP) online course to get up to speed with core Mindshop tools / processes or review Top 10 Mindshop tools

Stage 2. Day 31 - Day 60

  • Continue regular calls with Support Coach relating to planned strategies / actions
  • Review progress of learning Top 10 Mindshop tools and / or completing the Business Improvement Course
  • Start networking with other members in your region via e-mail, coffee's or at Training Days
  • Start using wealth of resources / support in internal opportunities

Stage 3. Day 61 - Day 90

  • Continue regular calls with Chairperson relating to planned strategies / actions
  • First attendance should have occurred at a regular Network Training Day by this stage
  • If first Business Improvement Courses has been completed the next applicable course should be started
  • Update One Page Plan with revised actions and more'strategic' longer term actions

Stage 4. Day 90 and beyond

Mindshop now becomes your safety net to give you the confidence to tackle new opportunities, push for greater business and personal growth and achieve the success you desire.
